Standard Linens will be provided by Greystone for all Tables. Greystone Brew House will allow outside desserts to be brought in with a $2.00 per person fee. All Food & Beverage are subject to 23% Service Charge and 6% PA Sales Tax. Any Additional Staff Required by the client will be charged at a negotiable rate. Tax Exempt Organizations which would like their sales tax waived, must furnish an authorized original letter prior to their event.
Community, Art & Events
Guaranteed minimum guest count, meal choices, and seating chart are due by 12 (noon) one week prior to the event. You may add to your guest count 3 business days prior to your event. If the deadline passes, and no guarantee has been given, we will consider the original number given to be the correct and guaranteed number of guests.

Some of you may have noticed, but our sister restaurant is Greystone Public House that is also co-owned and founded by our head chef, Jason Viscount. This malt beverage is brewed with cinnamon, nutmeg, lactose, and natural eggnog flavoring. Embodying its namesake, the Greywolf is a stronger-than-normal dark ale for drinking against the chills of the coldest months of the year that are just on the horizon! We are proud to introduce Slick Hair Pils, the brainchild of our Derby Day prize winner! Bold like it’s slick haired inspiration, Czech-style pilsners are pale gold in color and brilliantly clear. They have a low-to-medium hop profile, and almost exclusively use the native Czech Saaz hop which gives a spiciness to the overall flavor.

The majority of our clients come to Greystone Brew House for our ability to craft unique, customized menus instead of the standard ‘select from menu’ experience. We like paying homage to history, it’s kind of our thing. With that in mind, we have created another unique Irish Red Ale that has garnered it’s namesake from our very own Dillsburg. At one time the settlement was known as Monaghan Settlement, at other times it was Dill’s or Dills, Dillstown and even Dillston. Not only does this beer taste great, but you get a small taste of history as well.
Greystone Brew House is the only licensed authority to serve and sell alcoholic beverages on the premises. Therefore, alcohol is not permitted to be brought on property. All service of alcoholic beverages must be attended by a bartender. The following options are available to help determine the type of beverage service is best suited for your event.
Any and all decorations must have approval from Greystone Brew House Management. Nothing may be hung, taped or tacked to any of the painted walls or ceilings in any spaces.
